Yeah, there's not really much in that line that can really be gathered per se in the present day, though there is at least whatever might be brought down from the moon base. I was thinking more along the lines of things that people might bring back from missions. (And on a related note, word of mod, from here, also says that they could probably procure some technical farming equipment from the New Initiative (though with great reluctance), but it's apparently pretty open to modifying into other useful stuff.)

The way things are panning out in IC and OOC discussion, I think we're definitely moving towards having underground shelters in the city, a more active clandestine base on the outskirts, and a fort in the highlands. Plus the clinic is setting up their own separate facility, though they're open to help from others in the scouting/getting it up.
