Asch's general plan for this segment is to let Travis and Caspian handle things. They're both better at negotiation and talking than he is, anyway. If possible, Asch would like to leave this segment entirely in their hands and integrate himself with the lower ranked Initiative members, since having positive opinions from multiple angles will be a boon.
