Raiden will stick around (possibly leaving the interception of goods to find the Initiative, after giving the interception team a route to take).

He's a good heavy hitter if things go south but also knows a lot about the Initiative. He worked with the Initiative before the bombing, actually, and recorded his patrols on the data chip in his arm. If necessary he would be willing to show them this data and the past/alternate timeline version of themselves. Wacky.

(According to the mods this would be a good way to get them to at least feel the Transports are telling the truth, if the Transports are up front about time travel.)
