Yes, with the but being -- if it isn't a recent structure, as in if it's one heavily buried and neglected in the snow, it'll be more difficult to retrofit it with modern appliances and get it up and running. Commandeering warehouses from locals might be easier to arrange, but it's definitely possible to do either!
