Lea did recon professionally while he was a member of the Organization, and he's pretty damn good at it. Despite being somewhat lazy by nature he's an extremely efficient worker and always gets the job done right to the best of his abilities. He's also a fire mage, so if shit hits the fan and they have to hole up in a frozen cave or something he'd be pretty useful.
