Also, Walter is decidedly anti-mutiny because he's unlucky enough that his one friend and comrade on the entire moonbase got stranded on a mission because of it. It's fine if we hold off on them meeting until after he gets Seras back and calms the hell down, but if you want intense drama we can arrange for them to run into each other during the mutiny event. Your choice on that!
