I'm a little confused by your list. You have people who signed up for Stage 1 or both Stages 1 & 2 on there, and have a condition that only a couple of people will get to face the final boss. However, everyone selected is grouped into the same list, without any indication of who gets to fight the final boss.

I'm still absolutely up for playing this out, but I think clarification might be needed in this instance.
