roslyn will probably be setting up some kind of command center as soon as possible, just to have a center base that people can point to if anyone needs something / wants to help. so yeah there will be a HQ of sorts set up, and since DITR is going to be at her service I guess that's where most official leaders / team people will be clustering for at least part of it
