This is a good idea! We are trying to fully utilize the skill sets of the teams currently (and eventually) on the cabalist's side to have as many IC excuses for things to be buffered a bit regarding pro-Initiative efforts. The distractions (as Abby touched on above in a few various posts) will be reinforced and they do currently have a number of ways of doing that via magic, wards, technical assistance etc. I'm sure in addition to the curret buffers we can toss in a little EMP work for the tech crew.

As an aside, we'll have more of a comprehensive list of the hows and whys once the additional cabalist crew is selected, and if you have any more ideas on how to peacefully slow potential attackers down we'd love to hear them!
