As long as she doesn't have enough radios to give to everyone, that's absolutely fine. If you could just give us a finite number to work with and a list of who will have the transceivers during the plot, that would be great becaaaaaaaaause (/drumroll) the mutineers will be using radios to keep in contact with their own people outside the transporter room proper. Beginning on November 18th, people with similar tech may have a chance to stumble across the channel they're using and get a few snippets of (lightly coded) conversation.

So if we can get a list of characters that Babs would be giving her transceivers to, we can PM some information to them that can be disseminated at the player's discretion.
