Both Richter and Heat feel no affection for the Initiative because this 'taking people from other worlds' is a stupid idea to combat the UE's 'let's invade other worlds and steal their resources' but also feel no sense of camaraderie for the Transports either because they suck at networking like that. Sure, they sort of get along with some of them but as a whole? Nnnnnnnnnnot really. If Aster and Sera/Serph were here, there might be a different story but they're not. Such is life

Yosuke just got here and isn't familiar enough with anything to have an opinion either way. I'm going to spare him this can of worms because the poor kid hasn't even settled in but would want to get involved somehow because JUSTICE(?) so he'll be off on a mission in the meantime.
