Peeta is Pro-Initiative. He went from disliking the Initiative to really liking the Initiative. He thinks they're doing the best they can and fighting the good fight. He will try and talk down people peacefully, but he ain't fighting.

Wes just got here but is upset at all this chaos. IDK I will keep thinking on what to do with Wes.
