Jake will be anti-mutiny, but trying his hardest not to get into any serious fights with people who are for the mutiny. Maybe some lively discussions or a round of fisticuffs, but he sure doesn't want to open fire on his fellow transports.
Suzaku is also going to be strongly anti-mutiny. He's going to be doing everything in his power to try to suppress those who are trying to join the mutineers as well as the mutineers themselves. While there's no love lost between him and the Initiative, he strongly disagrees with this way of handling things. He also doesn't like the idea of plunging things into chaos when there are still ways to work with the Initiative to try to make this situation better for everyone.
Aoba is staying as neutral as possible for this. He doesn't want to get caught in a fight between transports, and is more interested in keeping himself and his friends safe. That said he could be potentially be swayed to either side depending on how things play out.
Jude is neutral. He doesn't have any strong feelings about who happens to be in charge and doesn't feel he knows enough about the conflict to really make an informed decision in picking a side, but he does think that handling things this way is pretty dumb and will try to help keep the peace/resolve the conflict through negotiations if he can. He'll also be offering to heal anyone injured in any of the fights regardless of what side they're on.
