Though Kate doesn't have the warmest feelings for the Initiative, they're severely outnumbered aboard the base and therefore it's akin to an elephant kicking a kitten in the face to her. Also everyone's loyalties being divided is the complete opposite of productivity, so she is going to be one pissed woman.
