Jaime is going to be firm on the fact that he is in no way, shape or form pro-Initiative, but he isn't able to see the logic behind the methodology of the mutineers. His main priorities are making sure nobody actually gets hurt in this mess and getting the Transporter back online for the sake of those who may have gone on missions in potentially risky areas and need the sanctuary of the moonbase which they... can't currently reach. He's not so big on the whole chaos thing!
EDIT: I've signed him up to work on getting the doors back online, and he's going to be lending his help to the police and probably in conjunction with that, to Collette. When it comes to information gathering, he can track DNA, so anyone he's met or whose DNA he can find (only with permission, of course!) can have their locations spotted - information that he will not be giving away easily if he suspects that it will be met with violence. He is also able to directly communicate with most tech if that's a thing we want to play with, buuuuut just throwing stuff out there. Happily he'll probs be receiving instructions from Ros because though he is overpowered, he also has no idea what he's doing with half of his powers. Yay!
Close CR who either decides to mutinee or pretend to mutinee, his main course of action will be to... okay, first he'll sigh deeply and feel upset, but then he's going to want to talk things through civilly. If he can find them, he's just going to outright request that they slow down for a second and talk about things. Let's talk about feelings, guys.
