Collette is 100% able to do this planting as long as things will fit on either cats, or cockroaches. Or pigeons. Cats and roaches walk softer however -- but yes hahaha. Her only caveat is that this tech is feeding back to everyone involved in a non-bloody resolution, and that it be removed after the fact (since she'll know where it all is, if she's doing the planting, and will help take it back out)!
