Is it still okay for groups to have starter comments underneath their main comment? I mean when you have the main group comment and then say clinic workers or whatever comment under that for newbies to respond to specific workers etc, or would you rather all starting comments were newbies and the workers for whatever group just jump in and reply to the newbies?
