Allen would certainly be willing to be healed! If he's injured at some point, which is likely.
I don't know if you're familiar with D.Gray-man, but the smart and safe part would be that Allen doesn't... react well to being stabbed with holy implements. Although he's not actually aware of this/tends to forget. Allen himself wields a holy weapon and all, he's generally good with this stuff! He just, uh, kind of has a sort of dormant unholy vaguely demonic entity lurking inside him which would be hard to detect but would NOT BE PLEASED with being stabbed (and might wake up)...
so that's a thing. I've been looking for a way to wake up his demonic headmonster ICly for a while, so if this is something you'd be up for and think could work, it'd be fad to figure something out.
