You may certainly ask for more there! As it is, however, it should just be as mentioned above:

There may be a few additional stress tests (running on treadmills, checking eyesight, teeth, getting mouth swabs, checking for reflexes) performed at player discretion. Blood draws and blood tests are also possible.

In the end, it's up to you to decide, or ask if you want something in specific to happen with your character, but the general idea is that the United Earth isn't out to torture, but they are there to gather information. Much like having a physical when first taken in!
