They are welcome to try and hide out on the United Earth territory! However, come October 1st, they will be pulled to the moon base through the use of the Transporter, along with all the new characters and any other characters "away" at the time.

While in the UE, they will need to be extra vigilante to avoid UE forces, as UE forces are expecting people to cross the channel back into their territory rather than die.
