THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION:
How much booze will be on the moonbase? Will there be a bar or will it be just whatever the transports thought to bring with? Will people have to smuggle booze through missions and possibly sell it for outlandish black market prices?
As you can see, I have great priorities.
