1) If he's going on the distraction team, an Initiative person might pull him aside and be like YO DON'T TIP YOUR HAND TOO MUCH OK (advice which can be easily disregarded if he ends up having to go all out, or something). And 2) it won't have any effect on this plot, as if they're seeing it for the first time during the missions, it will be too late to act on it — but we'll definitely keep this in mind for future things. 8]
