HOW MUCH MORE ANIME CAN U BE
SO,
ONCE UPON A TIME, Exsilium imported a monster-killing cult kid named Martin Darkov. Scared of people and magical things and sad and woefully incapable of any monster killing at all! That went on for a while.
He started ingesting some pretty nasty magical goop what helped him make monster-killin' weapons, which slowly gave rise to side effects including but not limited to: minor temper tantrums, insatiable need to run around and sleep out on the streets like a hobo, loss of appetite and teeth and...eh, humanity. Wound up actually becoming a monster in effect, wobbling and tearing his way through Exsilium with a few casualties and injuries along the way! SOME PEOPLE MIGHT REMEMBER THAT.
Anyway his unofficial dad of a zombie got his Old Yeller on with a few buds and the monster was slain! Good for people's lifespans, but sad everywhere else.
A FUN ANIME THING HAPPENED: Bariyan cried sad mahou zombie tears enough to summon Marty's soul from beyond the grave! Darkovs contract with spirits from another world – Martin is actually one such thing, and, in following those same rules, bound himself to zombiedad under the condition of living his life like a real human boy!
This is basically Overly Complicated Pinocchio with less donkey children AND THEREFORE BETTER.
OK SO NOW...BARIYAN HAS VANISHED, AND SO IN TURN MARTIN HAS! But the medallion that summoned Martin in the first place remained, and it has fallen into assfart Catsovi's hands! He's a slick customer who learned through the Nightcap's manic jargon he's got himself a pretty prize, and has found out how to summon Martin back!
Cat has bound Martin to himself as a guardian, and Martin – though stupid powerful – is bound to do just that. Because Cat is stinking evil and...Martin sure as heck isn't going to let his chance of being back here go if there's even the slimmest chance he can keep Cat from hurting his old buddies.
UNFORTUNATELY MARTIN IS BOUND NOT ONLY TO PROTECT CAT'S PHYSICAL PERSON, BUT HIS AWFUL SCHEMES, TOO. For that, he cannot speak, either.
So now Martin is a lion. Claws and teeth and a conscience but no way to make words. THIS WILL LAST FOR THE DURATION OF CATSOVI'S TIME IN EXSILIUM. He recalls Exsilium and his friends through what experiences he's had as the human, but now he has to put it all into jungle cat perspective, of which I am excited to play around with AND I HOPE YOU ARE TOO.
TL;DR there's a lion in Exsilium and I promise he is friendly so long as you don't pistolwhip his jerkass charge.
