Emil and Yuri should talk again! I'm not sure how much of a leash Emil would be, but if the whole "killing people" thing ever came up for some reason that...could potentially be interesting depending on how it's introduced? He totally wouldn't believe Yuri on the bad guy thing unless he saw it for real though.

I could also throw him at Hubert but I have no idea how.

He could be a bit of a leash, hahahaha. I'm not sure how it'd be introduced, but it's not exactly hard to get Yuri to admit he's a vigilante. Even easier to get him to admit he's a criminal.

I also have no idea how Hubert and Emil would meet, but it'd make for interesting CR.

It depends on the leash front, Emil has certain people for whom he'd be like "...no just cut them." Mostly it's on a "threatens the world horribly? Y/N" scale but yeaaaah. Normally, though, he'd probably be all "but I've never seen you do bad things, so you can't be that bad!" because...Emil.

Emil's reaction to "I killed the person I loved" was "well, you must have had a good reason, and it's not like I can judge you." There's no hope.
