Are characters able/allowed to discern the hidden message in the United Earth's message?

In regards to the cloaked bombers, would they be hidden from things like Celena's true sight?

In regards to the bombs will they be set off by the smallest movement or would it be allowable for them to be 'caught'/redirected telekinetically off course?
