Given as how he spends most of his time attempting to be diplomatic, hate would be a very strong word! I would say he's closer to neutral towards them and he personally has a few friends amongst the alliance so while he may have disdain for the Alliance as a whole, it tends to not extent to one person over the other unless they insult his hair or something <33
