Hello!
Hello everybody, a fresh newbie is here! This is Floogy, bringing an OC to your lovely establishment here.
Kazumi Hagino here is a sortive derpy otaku... who also happens to be the head of a Yakuza clan. Don't worry, she's not here to eat spaghetti and make offers you can't refusewait, wrong stereotype. Also, she's a bit of a pervert.
She also happens to have a few super powers due to Weird Science(tm).
Just for clarification, (since anime style graphics can be confusing) her physical appearance is 18-20-ish (though her real age is 24. Yes, her aging was affected by the weird science).
She'll be rooming with the dwagon Magr'ateth and the android Nikolai Nazarov. For now, anyway. She'll probably want to get moved in with Tenshi at some point because they've both been app'd with memories from the same RP.
