The modness said I should run it by the police group in case you already have something along this lines going on. ANYWAYS, Sho here was once the head of a small group of thieves/smugglers/information brokers in his hodgepodge home city and since he is both stuck here and need a way to get at food without hurting the CAUSE he has decided to help with cleaning up the small-time groups/getting them strengthen and going after the real source of extra stuff. My questions are:

1- are the police group working with this?
2- if they are not how will they view this sort of activity?
3- would they even want to know?

I figured this would be a better place to ask since plurk can be a bit chaotic :3
