They'll have an arrival log that goes up right before, and gives them a chance to mingle about before all the shenanigans go down for a day or so... they'll also be linked to the plot that's going on, and given more info about it, so they can choose to participate in it too. Their characters would also end up hurried into tunnels, yes!
