ACTIVITY CHECK | Month of August

Welcome to Exsilium's Activity Check! This check covers the month of August, from August 1st until September 1st and will count for the entire month. In this Activity Check, players will be providing their own proof of activity using the form below. You are welcome to provide activity check links for yourself as well as other players.


First thing's first, a quick run-down of the Activity Requirements here at Exsilium:
TWO of these FOUR requirements must be met within the span of ONE MONTH.

A. One post in the main community.
B. One comment thread a minimum of 5 comments long, where those five comments are comments left by your character.
C. One post in the logs community.
D. One reply to a log thread by your character at minimum.

You can combine and/or duplicate these four options at your leisure. Activity will be met with two of them out of the four, and they may now be duplicated. Any comments left during the month will count for activity even if they are backtags for a thread that began in a different month, as long as there are enough of them dated for this activity month.

Characters accepted any time after August 15th or who were on a FULL HIATUS for 7 days or longer are exempt from this activity check but must still comment to let us know. We will, of course, check the hiatus page for exemptions still before compiling our final list! Note: Characters on Activity Warning status do not qualify for hiatus exemption.

Upcoming Plans:* She, Erik, Logan, and possibly some others if recruitment happens (GET IN LOSER WE'RE GOING X-MANNING) are going to try to force their way into Initiative HQ (or whatever) and get some answers!!!1 I have no idea how that's going to turn out for them, but presumably there will be a lot of property damage because Magneto doesn't like being jerked around.
CR/Plotting Desired:* Probably going to be looking for some honorary X-Manz, since they don't have the full team. Slots available: crazy science genius or geniuses, robot, sharpshooter, magician, teleporter, people who can hit really hard and also walk away from being hit really hard, people able to generate damaging energy discharges, fliers, healer, weather control. Other abilities considered. (Note: combining powers in one person is highly encouraged.)

Emma's going to be pretty focused on getting the hell out for a few months, but there's absolutely no reason she can't run into Takegami, and she'll automatically turn on the charm, because that's what she does with men whose ally status she's not clear on.

I would really love to throw Snow and/or Kaidan at her, actually! Kaidan is like Mr. Straight Laced McFriendly who can throw shit around with his mind science, and Snow is a 22 year old sorceress in a 36 year old body who can do general magic with her mirrors, and also control people through singing, and. Eat their souls a little bit, whoops.

Emma does like telekinetics, especially attractive male ones, and Snow sounds like the kind of girl/young woman Emma might find herself in a mentoring role with.

What's his deal? I'm trying to figure out how Emma would go about recruiting, because like hell is she doing it on a network the Initiative controls. Telepathy will almost certainly be involved.

Basically, according to canon, he has a mutation that allows him for five minutes to amplify all physical abilities - strength and speed and endurance of course (and most practical for fights), but also vision, hearing, ability to get shot but not hurt??? IDK SHOW, everything. His eyes and body glow blue while he does this because idek

MAN hm he doesn't really keep it a secret but of course that'd require them talking for whatever reason. Aaaaahahah though, I don't think he really likes telepaths (but I'm of course all for such CR!) - actually, that makes me wonder, how does her telepathy apply to things like memories? She might notice some things, depending, I realize.

Marvel telepathy is ridic godmodey, and Emma's one of the best telepaths out there. She can basically read memories like a book.

She wouldn't just pop into people's heads all "HI JOIN MY TEAM," but she can do this thing where she kind of listens to the collective unconscious and pulls out bits of information she needs (it's a plot power) so she could easily be led to people with useful skills that way.
